Service Process
  Process
1 - Candidate will login to the service available in official website www.ksei.gov.in
2 - Departmental web page showing candidate preparedness, document to be scanned, fees to be paid, service delivery period and service process is shown
3 - Candidate shall fill all mandatory or non mandatory fields upload all the requisite scanned Document submit and make online payment of fees
4 - After successive submission of application, applicant will get an acknowledgment with a SMS giving day, date & time to visit particular DEI office for verification of original documents scanned.
5 - After verification of document by the DEI, if all documents are in order, the file will be forwarded to head office.
6 - If any application is not in order, DEI will send back application and a SMS alert will be sent to applicant to comply immediately.
7 - If applicant comply resubmitted application will be forwarded to head office by the DEI, non complying application treated as pending with applicant or at DEI level are treated as rejected.
8 - Accepted and rejected applications from DEI level will be forwarded within stipulated date to Head office.
9 - Accepted and rejected applications will be submitted for approval before the board, any application rejected may also be accepted or Accepted application may be rejected as per board decision, For Accepted applications, SMS will be sent and hall ticket will be issued and same shall be downloaded from the official website.
10 - Applications rejected in board, the same shall be communicated to candidate through SMS.
11 - Examination date will be decided as per Board decision and Hall ticket will be served in the website.
12 - After conducting the Examination, results will be announced in the website.
