Service Process
  Process
1 - Citizen will log in to service of official website www.ksei.gov.in website.Citizens are requested to provide the correct email ID for further communication process.
2 - Use the created User ID and password to login into the website.
3 - After login, Click on Approval of Electrical Installation button then select the option Application for Drawing Approvals / installation approval as per the requirement.
4 - While clicking on Application for Drawing Approvals / Installation approval, Applicants are requested to read the Annexure(s) carefully before entering to fill the details
5 - Details of Fee payable for approval of drawings/ Installation approval will be displayed automatically based on the inputs of Installation.
6 - The Applicant shall remit the requisite fee through Online Payment / Delivery Challan
7 - Applicants shall upload all the required documents/ drawings by clicking browse and upload option.
8 - Before final submission of the application, Applicant are requested to check the details if they have entered correctly. In case if they are not sure about the details they can save the application and then submit the application once confirmed
9 - Confirmation message will be displayed after successful submission of application.
10 - To view application status click on Application Status link available in the home page.
11 - Approving authority will start the process at their end as per the uploaded drawings.
12 - After verification of documents and drawings by the Approving authority, if it is in order approval will be issued. If any application is not in order any clarification/shortfall in the documents/drawings same will be intimated.
13 - If applicant complies for clarification sought within 6 months, same will be processed and approval will be issued.
14 - If the applicant does not comply completely to the clarifications within the stipulated 15days, application will be rejected with the reason and drawing scrutiny fees paid will be forfeited
15 - Once the drawings are approved by the authority the same can be viewed /downloaded on-line in My Application Status button available in the Consumer login
